Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the Poornam platform or booking any session.
Effective date: 1 July 2025 · Last updated: 31 August 2026 · Entity: Crown Ventures, Faridabad, Haryana, India · Brand: Poornam™ (trademark application filed)
1. About Poornam and Crown Ventures
Poornam is a brand owned and operated by Crown Ventures, a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) registered and headquartered in Faridabad, Haryana, India, with a valid GST registration. Poornam™ is a trademark of Crown Ventures (application filed). The Poornam platform is accessible at poornam.health and any associated mobile applications.
Crown Ventures operates the Poornam platform to connect individuals seeking alternative and complementary healing services with vetted independent practitioners. Crown Ventures is not a healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, or medical institution.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Poornam website at poornam.health, booking an assessment or healing session, subscribing to any Poornam media or programme, or registering a client account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and clients of the Poornam platform, regardless of country of residence.
3. Nature of Services — Important
Poornam provides alternative and complementary healing services only. Nothing offered on this platform — including but not limited to homeopathy consultations, energy healing, psychic readings, family constellation sessions, past life regression, somatic healing, inner child work, chakra balancing, psychopomp healing, or any other modality — constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.
All Poornam services are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical treatment. Clients are strongly encouraged to continue with their existing medical care, consult qualified medical professionals for all health decisions, and seek emergency medical services immediately in the event of a medical emergency.
Poornam does not make any representation that its services will cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
4. Eligibility
To use the Poornam platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and intake
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Poornam reserves the right to refuse access to any person at its discretion, including where there is reason to believe the platform is being misused or that a prospective client requires emergency medical care rather than complementary healing.
5. Booking and Assessment Sessions
5.1 Assessment-first model
All Poornam engagements begin with an assessment session. The purpose of this session is to understand the client's situation, history, and needs — and to identify the right modality and practitioner for their journey. Pricing for all subsequent sessions and programmes is shared following the assessment and is tailored to the individual client.
5.2 Therapist matching
Poornam's matching process is overseen by Dr. Mouli Mishra, Co-Founder and Clinical Lead. Whilst every effort is made to identify the most appropriate therapist and modality for each client, Poornam does not guarantee a specific outcome from any match or session. If a client feels a match is not working, they should contact Poornam promptly to discuss an alternative arrangement.
5.3 Session format
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a quiet private space, and the necessary device for the session. Poornam is not liable for disruptions caused by the client's technical setup or internet connectivity.
5.4 Cancellation and rescheduling
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. No-shows without prior notice are charged in full. Poornam reserves the right to apply reasonable discretion in exceptional circumstances.
6. Healing packages
Package descriptions on the Poornam website are indicative. The specific modalities, sequence, and structure of sessions within a package are determined for each person following their assessment, and may be adjusted during the package as their practitioner judges appropriate. The total number of sessions purchased will always be honoured. Where a change materially alters what was purchased, it will be discussed with you before it is made.
7. Payments and GST
All payments are processed securely through Poornam's authorised payment gateway. Pricing for sessions and programmes is communicated following the assessment session and confirmed in writing before any payment is due.
Crown Ventures is registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act, India. GST will be applied to applicable transactions at the prevailing rate in accordance with Indian tax law. Clients based outside India may be subject to different tax treatment depending on applicable regulations.
Payments are non-refundable except where Poornam cancels a session, a confirmed session cannot be delivered due to circumstances within Poornam's control, or a written refund agreement is reached. Subscription fees for the Poornam media library are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced and access has been granted.
8. Gift Coupons
Poornam issues gift coupons that reduce the assessment fee by a fixed rupee amount. A coupon may be tied to a specific email address or, where issued without that restriction, redeemed by whoever holds the code. Each coupon is valid for one redemption only.
A gift coupon is never refunded as money, in whole or in part, under any circumstance — including where the underlying booking is itself refunded. What happens to a coupon depends on who cancels the booking it was applied to:
- If you cancel the booking yourself, the coupon is used up. It will not be reissued and its value will not be returned, whatever the outcome of the cash portion of your refund under Clause 5 above.
- If Poornam, your assessor, or your therapist cancels the booking, a new single-use coupon of the same value and validity period is issued to you in place of the one that was spent, and the cash portion of your payment is refunded in full.
Where a coupon is applied to a booking, you are asked to confirm this forfeiture rule before the coupon takes effect, and that confirmation is recorded against the booking. This clause states the same rule for completeness; the confirmation you gave at the time of booking is Poornam's own record of what you agreed to.
9. Subscription Media Library
Poornam offers a subscription-based media library containing audio and video content (including but not limited to mantra recordings, guided meditations, and healing practices) accessible through the client portal and Poornam mobile application. The following terms apply to subscriptions:
- All content is streamed and is not available for download, reproduction, or redistribution
- Subscriptions are personal to the registered client and may not be shared
- Access expires automatically at the end of the subscribed period
- Content assigned to a client by their therapist is accessible only for the duration specified in their treatment plan
- Poornam reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content from the library with reasonable notice
10. Client Portal and Account
Registered clients receive access to a personal portal displaying their treatment plan, assigned media, and session history. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through a client's account is their responsibility. Clients must notify Poornam immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.
11. Therapist Relationship
Therapists listed on the Poornam platform are independent practitioners, not employees of Crown Ventures. Crown Ventures vets all therapists prior to listing and maintains oversight of the matching and treatment process. However, Crown Ventures is not liable for the individual professional conduct of independent therapists beyond what is expressly covered by Poornam's vetting and quality standards.
All therapists operate under a confidentiality agreement and are required to adhere to Poornam's standards of practice as a condition of their listing on the platform.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Poornam platform — including the Poornam name, logo, punchline, website content, session descriptions, media library content, and all written, audio, and visual material — is the intellectual property of Crown Ventures or its licensors. Poornam™ is a trademark of Crown Ventures (application filed).
No content from the Poornam platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of Crown Ventures. Clients may access content solely for their personal, non-commercial healing use.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crown Ventures and the Poornam platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, reliance on any session content or therapist recommendation, or any interruption or unavailability of the platform or its services.
Crown Ventures' total liability to any client for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client to Crown Ventures in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
For clients residing outside India, nothing in this clause prevents you from asserting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
15. Amendments
Crown Ventures reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered clients via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
