Healing Modalities
Eighteen healing modalities across individual, specialised, and life-stage support — each one complementary to your existing care. Every journey begins with an assessment session so the right healing finds the right person at the right time.
Eighteen paths, one platform
Classical homeopathy works on the principle that the body has an innate intelligence — a vital force — that, when supported by the correct remedy, is capable of healing itself. Unlike conventional medicine, which targets symptoms directly, homeopathy asks: what is the whole person experiencing?
In a consultation with your practitioner, you are invited to speak freely — about your physical complaints, your emotional world, your fears, your sleep, your history. Every detail matters. From this conversation, a single constitutional remedy is selected: the one that most precisely mirrors your unique state.
The first session is a deep intake — expect to talk, to be listened to without interruption, and to cover ground you may not have covered with any doctor before. Your practitioner asks questions that may seem unusual: what time of day do you feel worse? what are your recurring dreams? what do you crave?
After the session, your remedy is prescribed and sent to you with clear instructions. Follow-up is arranged to track your response. Subsequent sessions are shorter and focus on how your state has evolved.
Anyone seeking a gentle, non-invasive approach to health that honours the full complexity of who they are. Homeopathy works across all ages and conditions — from acute illnesses to long-standing chronic states, and from purely physical complaints to those with a strong emotional or psychological dimension.

Begin with an assessmentA psychic reading is a one-to-one session in which your practitioner accesses intuitive insight about your life — your relationships, your path, your karmic patterns, and your soul's purpose. It is not fortune-telling. It is a form of deep listening that goes beyond what the rational mind can access.
Your practitioner works with sensitivity, honesty, and a deep respect for your free will. Nothing is presented as fixed or inevitable. The reading illuminates — it does not decide for you. What you do with the insight is always yours to choose.
Come with an open mind and, if you wish, a list of specific areas or questions you'd like to explore. You are not required to bring anything — your practitioner will tune in and share what comes through, and you are welcome to guide the session toward what matters most to you.
Sessions are conversational, warm, and grounded. You will have space to respond, ask questions, and go deeper into whatever arises. A reading often brings unexpected clarity — and sometimes confirmation of things you already sensed.
Those at a crossroads, seeking clarity on a specific situation, or simply curious to understand the deeper patterns at work in their life. You do not need to hold any particular belief system — only an openness to receive what comes through with discernment and curiosity.

Begin with an assessmentFamily Constellation is a therapeutic approach developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. It is based on the understanding that we are not isolated individuals — we are part of a larger family system, and unresolved grief, exclusion, trauma, and loyalties from previous generations can live silently in our bodies and repeat in our lives.
A constellation session brings these hidden dynamics to light. Through a guided process, you explore your relationship to your family system — and create the conditions for resolution, belonging, and release.
You begin by sharing a specific concern — a recurring pattern in relationships, a persistent emotional state, a sense of not belonging, or a difficulty you cannot resolve through ordinary means. Your practitioner guides you through a gentle process of exploration, using elements of systemic inquiry, embodied awareness, and representative positioning (adapted for online work).
The session may surface unexpected connections between your present struggle and the history of your family. Resolution often comes not through understanding, but through a felt sense of settling — a quieting of what was previously restless.
Anyone who senses that something in their family history is still at work in their present life — even if they cannot name exactly what. Family constellation is particularly powerful for those dealing with patterns that repeat across generations, difficulties with parents or siblings, unexplained grief or depression, or a feeling of being entangled in something larger than themselves.

Begin with an assessmentInner Child Healing is the process of reconnecting with the younger versions of yourself who may still be carrying unmet needs, unprocessed emotions, or the wounds of difficult early experiences. These younger parts of us do not disappear as we grow — they go quiet, often until a relationship, a loss, or a life event brings them forward again.
In a session with your practitioner, you are guided into a safe, supported encounter with these younger parts — not to relive pain, but to bring them the understanding, presence, and care they were missing. The result is often a profound sense of integration: parts of yourself that felt broken or shameful beginning to feel whole.
The session begins with grounding — helping your nervous system settle into a state of safety before any deeper exploration. Your practitioner then guides you gently inward, using visualisation, dialogue, and somatic awareness to connect with the inner child states that are most alive for you.
You will not be pushed beyond what you are ready for. The pace is yours. Some people find the session deeply moving; others find it surprisingly gentle and even playful. What is consistent is a feeling of something shifting — a loosening of old tension, a sense of being more fully present in your own life.
Anyone who finds themselves reacting to present situations with an intensity that feels disproportionate — or who carries a persistent sense of not being enough, not belonging, or not being safe. Inner child work is also deeply valuable for those in the midst of relationship difficulties, grief, or a life transition that has surfaced old feelings they thought were long resolved.

Begin with an assessmentSomatic healing is the practice of working with the body — not just the mind — to release trauma, stress, and emotional patterns that have become stored in the physical tissues, nervous system, and cellular memory. The word somatic comes from the Greek soma, meaning body.
The central insight of somatic work is that the body keeps the score. When we experience shock, grief, fear, or prolonged stress, these experiences do not simply pass through us — they lodge. Tightness in the chest. A jaw that will not unclench. Shoulders that never fully drop. Digestion that is permanently unsettled. These are not metaphors. They are the body holding what the mind could not fully process.
Poornam's somatic healing sessions draw on a range of body-based approaches — breathwork, gentle movement, body-mapping, energy scanning, and somatic dialogue — to help the body complete what was interrupted, release what was held, and return to its natural state of ease and flow. Sessions are always complementary to any ongoing medical or therapeutic treatment.
Sessions begin with a conversation — where in the body do you feel the difficulty? What sensations arise when you think about a particular memory, relationship, or situation? The practitioner guides you into a gentle awareness of the body's responses, without forcing or overwhelming the nervous system.
You will be guided through breathwork, body awareness exercises, and energy techniques at a pace that feels safe. Many clients report a visible physical release during sessions — a spontaneous deep breath, warmth moving through the body, trembling that resolves into stillness, or a profound sense of heaviness lifting.
Sessions are conducted online with full effectiveness. You will need a comfortable space where you can lie down or sit freely. Loose clothing is recommended.
Anyone who feels that talking about their difficulties has not been enough — that something still lives in the body that words have not reached. Somatic healing is particularly valuable for those with a history of physical or emotional trauma, chronic pain or tension with no clear medical cause, anxiety that lives in the body rather than the mind, or a persistent sense of disconnection from the physical self. All sessions are complementary to ongoing medical care.

Begin with an assessmentNeurodivergent individuals — those with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, sensory processing differences, and related neurological variations — often experience the world with extraordinary sensitivity, depth, and perceptual richness. These are not deficits. They are differences. But the accumulated experience of living in a world designed for neurotypical minds can leave deep imprints — in the nervous system, in self-worth, in the body's relationship with safety and belonging.
Poornam's neurodivergence support sessions are not therapy in the clinical sense, and they do not replace medical or psychiatric care. They are energy-based and somatic healing sessions specifically attuned to the unique nervous system profile of neurodivergent individuals — working to release the cumulative stress, shame, and overstimulation that so often accumulate over years of masking, misunderstanding, and sensory overload.
Sessions are conducted with deep respect for neurodivergent ways of being, without any agenda to make the client more neurotypical — only to help them feel more at ease within themselves.
Every session is adapted to the individual. For those who experience sensory sensitivity, sessions are calibrated accordingly — no overwhelming imagery, no rushed timelines, no forced emotional processing. The practitioner follows the client's pace entirely.
Approaches used may include energy field clearing, somatic awareness exercises, inner child work addressing early experiences of not fitting in, and ancestral pattern healing where neurodivergent traits have been passed across generations alongside intergenerational trauma.
Parents seeking support for neurodivergent children — whether in terms of their own emotional processing or exploring gentle complementary healing for the child — are also welcome to enquire.
Neurodivergent adults who carry the weight of years of trying to fit into spaces that were not designed for them. Parents of neurodivergent children who are themselves navigating grief, exhaustion, or uncertainty. Anyone who has recently received a neurodivergent diagnosis and is processing what it means. All sessions are fully complementary to any ongoing medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic support the client is receiving.

Begin with an assessmentThe chakra system — from the Sanskrit cakra, meaning wheel or disc — describes seven primary energy centres that run along the central axis of the human body, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra governs specific dimensions of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual life. When these centres are open, balanced, and flowing freely, life expresses itself with ease, vitality, and clarity. When they are blocked, overactive, or depleted — the effects manifest as physical symptoms, emotional patterns, relationship difficulties, and a loss of purpose or direction.
Poornam's chakra balancing sessions work directly with the energy body — using a combination of energy scanning, pranic healing, visualisation, sound, and intention — to identify imbalances across the seven centres and restore their natural rhythm and flow. This is not a symbolic or metaphorical practice. It is a direct energetic intervention felt in the body during the session itself.
The session begins with an energy scan — the practitioner assesses the state of each chakra, identifying which are congested, depleted, or out of alignment with the others. This assessment itself often surfaces insights about the emotional or life circumstances that have contributed to the imbalance.
Healing is then directed to each chakra in sequence, using sound, breathwork, colour visualisation, and energy transmission. Clients often report heat, tingling, pulsing, emotional release, or a profound sense of settling during the session — all signs that the energy body is responding.
A post-session integration practice — simple and brief — is provided to help the body anchor the changes over the days that follow.
Anyone who senses that something in their energy field is stuck — even if they cannot name exactly what. Chakra balancing is particularly effective for those experiencing a generalised flatness or heaviness that has no clear cause, recurring emotional or relationship patterns, a disconnection from their own body or sense of self, or a feeling of being energetically depleted despite adequate rest. Sessions are complementary to any ongoing medical or therapeutic care.

Begin with an assessmentAutoimmune conditions — where the body's own immune system turns against its tissues — are among the most complex and often bewildering experiences a person can navigate. Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Crohn's disease, psoriasis, and many others share a common thread: the body in a state of confusion, attacking itself.
From an energy healing perspective, autoimmune conditions frequently carry a significant emotional and ancestral dimension — unresolved grief, suppressed anger, deep self-rejection, or inherited patterns of the body turning against itself across generations. These are not the cause of the illness in a simplistic sense. But they are layers that, when addressed, can meaningfully shift the body's relationship with itself — reducing inflammation, calming the immune response, and creating conditions in which conventional treatment works more effectively.
Poornam's autoimmune support sessions work alongside — never instead of — the client's medical team. They address the energetic, emotional, and ancestral dimensions of the condition using homeopathy, energy healing, somatic work, and family constellation as appropriate.
The first session is an in-depth assessment — physical history, emotional landscape, family health patterns, and the client's own sense of what their body is trying to communicate. Dr. Mouli or the assigned Poornam therapist then designs a complementary healing approach tailored to the specific condition and the individual's constitution.
Subsequent sessions may combine homeopathic consultation, energy field clearing, inner child and ancestral healing, and somatic body work. Progress is tracked gently — not with the urgency of symptom elimination, but with the patience of a body learning to trust itself again.
Clients are encouraged to share updates from their medical team throughout the process, so that complementary and conventional approaches remain in dialogue.
Those living with a diagnosed autoimmune condition who feel that conventional medicine, while necessary, is not addressing the whole picture. Also for those who sense a strong emotional or ancestral dimension to their illness and wish to explore it safely alongside their existing medical care. Poornam's autoimmune support is always complementary — clients continue with their doctors, rheumatologists, and specialists without interruption.
Delivered by Dr. Mouli Mishra and the Poornam therapist network. Always complementary to your medical team.
Begin with an assessmentThe experience of infertility — whether primary, secondary, or unexplained — touches the deepest places in a person's sense of self, identity, and belonging. The grief of wanting a child and not conceiving is one of the most privately carried and least spoken sorrows in human experience. Repeated IVF cycles, miscarriages, medical interventions, and the relentless uncertainty take a profound toll — physically, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
Poornam's infertility support sessions address the dimensions of this journey that medical treatment cannot reach alone — the emotional weight, the ancestral patterns around motherhood and lineage, the energetic state of the reproductive field, the body's relationship with receiving new life, and the deep spiritual questions that often surface when conception does not come easily.
These sessions are not a fertility treatment and make no medical claims. They are a compassionate complementary support — working alongside IVF, IUI, Ayurvedic treatment, or any other approach the couple is pursuing — to address the whole person in one of life's most demanding passages.
Sessions begin with a deeply sensitive and unhurried conversation — the journey so far, what has been tried, what has been lost, and what the body and heart are carrying. Both partners are welcome to attend together or separately depending on what feels right.
Healing approaches may include energy field clearing of the reproductive system, ancestral work addressing lineage patterns around birth and motherhood, inner child work healing early beliefs about being worthy of becoming a parent, somatic healing for grief held in the body, and homeopathic consultation addressing constitutional factors.
Sessions are offered with full awareness of the emotional fragility of this territory. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is promised that cannot be delivered. The commitment is simply to hold the client with the care and completeness this journey deserves.
Individuals and couples navigating infertility — whether at the beginning of the journey or after years of treatment. Those who have experienced miscarriage and need support processing the grief. Those going through IVF who want to address the emotional and energetic dimensions alongside the medical protocol. All sessions are fully complementary to existing fertility treatment and make no medical claims or promises.
Delivered by Dr. Mouli Mishra and the Poornam therapist network with deep sensitivity and care.
Begin with an assessmentThe journey through conception, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period is one of the most profound transformations a human being undergoes — physically, emotionally, hormonally, and spiritually. Modern maternity care addresses the physical dimensions with great skill. Yet the emotional and energetic dimensions of this journey — the fears, the ancestral inheritance around birth and motherhood, the identity shift of becoming a parent, and the enormous vulnerability of the postpartum period — are often left without dedicated support.
Poornam's maternal support sessions offer compassionate complementary healing across all three phases. Prenatal sessions support those who are pregnant with anxiety, ancestral fear around birth, or the need to prepare the emotional and energetic body for the arrival of a soul. Antenatal sessions — during the pregnancy itself — support emotional wellbeing, energy field clearing, and the bonding between parent and unborn child. Postnatal sessions address the profound hormonal, emotional, and identity shifts of the period after birth — including postnatal depression, birth trauma, and the often-unspoken grief of a self that has changed irrevocably.
All sessions are conducted with awareness of the physical state of the mother — no approach is used that is contraindicated during pregnancy. Energy healing, gentle somatic work, guided visualisation, and ancestor work form the primary toolkit for prenatal and antenatal sessions.
Postnatal sessions may additionally draw on inner child healing — particularly when the mother's own unresolved childhood experiences are surfacing in response to new parenthood — and somatic work to help the body process birth trauma or the accumulated stress of the newborn period.
Partners are welcome to attend sessions at any stage. The arrival of a child transforms a family system — not only the mother — and the support offered can be extended to both parents when relevant.
Expectant mothers navigating anxiety, fear, or ancestral weight around pregnancy and birth. Pregnant women who wish to support their emotional and energetic wellbeing alongside their antenatal medical care. New mothers in the postpartum period who are struggling with emotional overwhelm, identity loss, or the aftermath of a difficult birth. All sessions are fully complementary to obstetric and midwifery care — clients continue with their medical team without interruption.
Delivered by Dr. Mouli Mishra and the Poornam therapist network. Always complementary to your obstetric care.
Begin with an assessmentMenopause is not a disease. It is a transition — one of the most significant biological and spiritual passages in a woman's life. Yet the cultural and medical framing of menopause has too often reduced it to a problem to be managed: hot flushes to be suppressed, hormones to be replaced, symptoms to be treated.
From a holistic and energetic perspective, menopause is a powerful initiation — the closing of the childbearing chapter and the opening of a new depth of wisdom, authority, and selfhood. The difficulty many women experience in this transition is not only hormonal. It is also the surfacing of everything that was not addressed during the preceding decades — unprocessed grief, suppressed identity, ancestral patterns of women in the lineage who did not live their full selves.
Poornam's menopause support sessions address both dimensions — the physical discomfort through homeopathic consultation and energy healing, and the deeper emotional and ancestral dimensions through inner child work, somatic healing, and constellation work. All sessions run alongside any HRT or medical treatment the client is receiving.
Sessions begin with a thorough understanding of the client's experience of the transition — which symptoms are most present, what emotional themes are surfacing, and what her relationship with this passage feels like. No two women move through menopause identically, and the healing approach is tailored accordingly.
Energy field work addresses hormonal imbalance from the energetic body outward. Ancestral healing explores the maternal lineage — what patterns, beliefs, and unspoken experiences around ageing, feminine power, and identity are being inherited and now asking to be released. Somatic work helps the body move through the physical intensity of the transition with greater ease and less resistance.
Many clients report not only a reduction in physical symptoms over time, but a growing sense of coming home to themselves — a depth and settledness that was not available before this passage.
Women in perimenopause or menopause who sense that what they are navigating is not only physical — that something deeper is asking to be seen and addressed. Those who find that conventional medical approaches alone are not bringing the ease and clarity they need. Women who wish to move through this passage with intention, support, and the possibility of genuine transformation rather than mere symptom management. All sessions are complementary to existing medical care.

Begin with an assessmentAndropause — sometimes called male menopause — describes the gradual decline in testosterone and other hormones that most men experience between the ages of 40 and 60. Unlike the relatively defined transition of menopause, andropause is gradual and often unacknowledged — both medically and culturally. Men are rarely given permission to name what they are experiencing, let alone to seek support for it.
The symptoms are real and can be significant — fatigue, reduced drive and motivation, mood changes, irritability, sleep disturbance, diminished confidence, a quiet erosion of the sense of self that was built across the preceding decades. In a culture that has not given men much vocabulary for vulnerability or transition, andropause is frequently suffered in silence — sometimes misread as depression, career burnout, or relationship dissatisfaction.
Poornam's andropause support sessions address the energetic, emotional, and ancestral dimensions of this passage — using homeopathy, energy healing, somatic work, and inner child or ancestral healing to support the whole man through a transition that deserves the same care and attention given to any other major life passage.
Sessions begin with a frank and private conversation — what is the man experiencing, in his body, his relationships, his sense of purpose? The practitioner holds this space without judgement and without any agenda other than understanding the whole picture.
Homeopathic consultation addresses constitutional factors and hormonal balance from within. Energy field work clears accumulated stress, suppressed emotion, and the energetic weight of decades spent performing strength. Inner child and ancestral work may surface beliefs about what it means to age as a man — inherited from fathers and grandfathers who had no language for this passage themselves.
Sessions are offered with absolute confidentiality and an awareness that for many men, seeking support of any kind is itself a significant step. That step is met with complete respect.
Men in their 40s, 50s, or early 60s who sense that something has shifted — in their energy, their motivation, their emotional world, or their sense of who they are. Men who have been told everything is medically normal but do not feel normal. Those navigating the particular loneliness of a transition that the world around them does not seem to recognise or name. All sessions are fully complementary to any medical care the client is receiving.

Begin with an assessmentLife Between Lives is a deep regression process that goes beyond past life work. Where past life regression explores who you have been, Life Between Lives explores where you have been between those lives — the state the soul returns to after one life ends and before the next begins.
Developed through the clinical work of Dr. Michael Newton and refined by practitioners across the world, the process guides you into a profoundly relaxed state in which many people report encountering a sense of their own soul group, the guidance that accompanies them, and an understanding of the intentions their present life was undertaken to fulfil. Some experience a review of the life just past — not as judgement, but as understanding.
This is among the deepest sessions Poornam offers. It is not an entertainment, and it is not undertaken casually. It asks time, preparation, and a genuine readiness to meet whatever comes.
The process is usually preceded by a past life regression on a previous occasion, to establish that you can enter and remain in a deep regressive state comfortably. Where the work needs more time than one session allows, further sessions are arranged.
Your practitioner begins with extended relaxation and deepening, then guides you gently through a past life and its completion, and from there into the between-lives state. You remain conscious and able to speak throughout; you are describing what you experience while you experience it. Nothing is implanted or suggested — your practitioner asks, and you answer from what is present.
What people encounter varies enormously. Some describe meeting figures they recognise as guides. Some describe a sense of council or review. Some receive an understanding of a relationship or a difficulty in the present life that reframes it entirely. Others experience something quieter and more difficult to put into words — a sense of belonging, or of having been accompanied all along.
You will need a private space where you can lie down undisturbed for the full duration, and you should not schedule anything demanding immediately afterwards.
Regression is not a process that can be promised in advance. Whether a session reaches a past life, and how deeply, depends on your own state on the day and on your practitioner's judgement about what is safe and useful. Where the work needs more time, additional sessions are arranged rather than rushed.
Those who have already done some regression or inner work and feel ready to go further. People carrying a persistent question about why their life has taken the shape it has, or what they are here to do. Those living with a fear of death, or grieving someone whose absence has raised questions the ordinary world cannot answer.
It is not suitable for anyone in acute psychological crisis, and it is not a substitute for psychiatric or medical care. If you are unsure whether the timing is right, the assessment session is the place to explore that.
Delivered by Dr. Mouli Mishra and the Poornam therapist network.
Begin with an assessmentThe womb is not only a reproductive organ. Across many healing traditions it is understood as a centre of creativity, intuition, and emotional memory — a place where experience is held long after the mind has moved on. Grief, shame, medical trauma, terminated or lost pregnancies, difficult births, sexual experiences that were not freely chosen, and the inherited weight of the women who came before are all described, again and again, as being carried here.
Womb healing works directly with this centre. Through energy work, guided somatic awareness, and ancestral inquiry, the session invites what has been held to be acknowledged and released — not through analysis, but through a felt process of meeting, honouring, and letting go.
The work is offered to anyone who has a womb or has had one. Those who have undergone hysterectomy are equally welcome; the energetic centre remains, and for many women the session addresses precisely the grief of that absence.
The session begins with an unhurried conversation — what is being carried, what has happened, and what feels unresolved. Nothing must be described in detail if you would rather not; the practitioner works with what you are willing to bring, and silence is respected.
You are then guided into a settled, comfortable state and the practitioner works with the energy of the womb space — scanning, clearing, and inviting release. Guided visualisation and gentle somatic awareness help you meet what surfaces. Ancestral work may open into the maternal line, where patterns around motherhood, worth, obedience, and silence are often found to run further back than the present generation.
Emotional release is common and entirely welcome — tears, warmth, trembling, or a deep unclenching. Equally common is a quiet, undramatic sense of something loosening. Both are the work happening.
You will need a private space where you can lie down comfortably, loose clothing, and time afterwards to rest rather than return immediately to activity.
Women carrying grief around fertility, miscarriage, termination, or a difficult birth. Those recovering from gynaecological surgery or long-standing reproductive conditions who sense an emotional dimension medicine has not addressed. Women who feel disconnected from their own body, creativity, or sense of feminine self. Those who recognise a pattern running through the women of their family and wish to set it down rather than pass it on.
Sessions are complementary to all gynaecological, obstetric, and fertility care, and make no medical claims. Where the difficulty is primarily physical, this work sits alongside your medical team, never in place of them.

Begin with an assessmentSome homes do not feel like your own. There is a heaviness in certain rooms, a sense of being watched, sleep that never fully settles, arguments that flare for no reason anyone can name. Occupants describe cold patches, a child who will not enter one particular room, or a persistent feeling that someone else is present.
Psychopomp work — from the Greek for guide of souls — addresses spirits or energetic residue that have remained attached to a place rather than moving on. The practitioner works with the property's own field: identifying what is held there, addressing it with compassion rather than force, guiding what remains to where it belongs, and sealing the space afterwards so it stays clear.
This is not an exorcism, and nothing is fought. Most of what is found is confused or grieving rather than malevolent — someone who died in the house, an attachment carried in by a previous occupant, or the emotional residue of what the walls have witnessed.
The session begins with a conversation about the home and what has been happening in it: which rooms feel wrong, when it began, who feels it most, and anything known about the property's history. Your practitioner may ask for a floor plan or photographs of specific rooms.
The clearing itself is conducted remotely — the practitioner works with the property's field rather than needing to stand in it. You may be asked to be present in the home during the session, to walk through certain rooms, or simply to sit quietly while the work is done.
Afterwards you will be told what was found and what was done, and given practical guidance for keeping the space clear — small, undramatic things, not rituals.
Occupants commonly report the atmosphere lightening within a day or two, sleep improving, and rooms that were avoided becoming usable again.
Families living with an unexplained heaviness in their home. Anyone who has moved into a property and felt that something came with it. Households where sleep, mood, or relationships deteriorated after a move with no other explanation. Those who have lost someone in the home and sense they have not left.
Delivered by Dr. Mouli Mishra and the Poornam therapist network. Held in complete confidence.
Begin with an assessmentCommercial spaces hold what has happened in them just as homes do — and in a factory, an office, a shop or a clinic, the accumulation is often heavier. Industrial accidents, sudden deaths on site, decades of stress and conflict, businesses that failed there before yours, or land that carried something long before anything was built on it.
The symptoms are recognisable to anyone who has run a business in a difficult building: staff who fall ill or leave in quick succession, accidents that keep recurring in one corner, machinery that fails without cause, meetings that turn hostile in one room and not another, a venture that stalls despite everything being done right.
Psychopomp work for commercial premises addresses the same phenomena as the home variant, at the scale a workplace demands: multiple floors, shared spaces, plant and machinery, and the layered residue of everyone who has worked there.
The session begins with a thorough conversation about the premises and the business: the layout, the history of the site, what has been happening and where, and any pattern of incidents. A floor plan is genuinely useful here, as is knowing the boundaries of the property.
The work is conducted remotely, addressing the site as a whole and then the specific areas identified. Where a business has several units or floors, the scope is agreed beforehand — this determines the session length and the fee.
You will be told what was found, what was cleared, and what maintenance the space needs. Where the difficulty has a practical dimension as well as an energetic one, that will be said plainly rather than absorbed into the healing.
Business owners facing an unexplained pattern of difficulty tied to a particular premises. Factories with a history of accidents concentrated in one area. Offices where staff turnover or conflict has no management explanation. Anyone taking over a site where previous businesses failed, or where something is known to have happened.
This work sits alongside — never in place of — proper safety assessment, engineering inspection, and business advice. Where a problem has a physical cause, it needs a physical remedy.
Delivered by Dr. Mouli Mishra and the Poornam therapist network. Held in complete confidence.
Begin with an assessmentTarot is not fortune-telling, and a good reading does not tell you what will happen. It is a structured way of looking at a situation you are already inside — using a set of images rich enough to surface what you have not let yourself say plainly.
The cards give shape to a conversation. A practitioner reads the spread alongside you, and what emerges is usually something you already sensed: the hesitation underneath a decision, the thing you are protecting, the choice you have been circling for months. People frequently describe the experience as being asked a better question rather than being given an answer.
Poornam's practitioners work with tarot as a reflective practice, not a prediction service. You will not be told what to do, given dates, or warned about misfortune.
The session begins with what you would like to look at — a decision, a relationship, a period that feels stuck, or simply a wish to understand where you are. A question is shaped together; a vague question produces a vague reading.
The practitioner draws and lays out the cards, then works through them with you, explaining what each suggests and asking what it touches in your own situation. It is a dialogue, not a monologue. You are free to say a card does not fit; that, too, is information.
You will be left with what came up, what it might be asking of you, and whether another kind of healing work would serve you better — sometimes the honest answer to a tarot session is that the real issue belongs elsewhere.
Those circling a decision without resolution. Anyone in a period that feels directionless and wants a structured way to look at it. People drawn to symbolic and intuitive work who want a first, gentle entry into it.
This is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no practitioner will offer any. Where a difficulty needs a professional, you will be told so plainly.
Delivered by Dr. Mouli Mishra and the Poornam therapist network. Held in complete confidence.
Begin with an assessmentSome fears have no origin in this life. A person who has never been near deep water is terrified of it. A relationship carries a weight neither person can explain. A pattern repeats across decades despite every effort to break it, as though it began somewhere the memory cannot reach.
Past life regression guides you into a deeply relaxed state in which such material can surface — not as an idea, but as something experienced. Under a practitioner's guidance you may find yourself in another time, another body, another circumstance, and understand why something in your present life has the grip it does.
Whether what surfaces is literal memory or the psyche's own way of showing you something is a question Poornam does not insist upon. What matters clinically is what shifts afterwards, and for many people something does — a fear loosens, a relationship makes sense, a pattern finally has a beginning and therefore an end.
The session begins with conversation: what you are carrying, what repeats, and what you hope to understand. A clear intention is set — regression without a question tends to wander.
Your practitioner then guides you through progressive relaxation into a receptive state. You remain conscious and able to speak throughout, describing what you experience as it comes. Nothing is implanted or suggested; you are asked, and you answer from what is present.
The session closes with time to return slowly, to talk through what came, and to connect it to the present-day pattern you began with.
Emotion often surfaces — grief, relief, recognition. Some people see vivid detail; others receive impressions or simply knowing. Both are the work.
You will need a private space where you can lie down undisturbed for the session, and unhurried time afterwards.
Regression is not a process that can be promised in advance. Whether a session reaches a past life, and how deeply, depends on your own state on the day and on your practitioner's judgement about what is safe and useful. Where the work needs more time, additional sessions are arranged rather than rushed.
Those carrying a fear, aversion, or pattern that has no explanation in this lifetime. People for whom a relationship feels older or heavier than its history accounts for. Anyone who has worked on something in therapy or other modalities and found that understanding it has not been enough to release it.
It is not suitable for anyone in acute psychological crisis, and it is not a substitute for psychiatric or medical care. If you are uncertain whether the timing is right, the assessment session is the place to explore it.
